Control Your Attention on TTM
At any given time, we are either controlling our attention or our attention is taken by external stimulus.
The winning environment is a team that keeps their attention on the Tasks The Matter and processes required.
But it is very easy it have attention cut to something else - a bad call, an aggressive or lippy opponent.
There are two tactics to potentially play here:
1) Try: Pull the attention away from your opponents task (might work a few times, or not, but you don't control this)
2) Train: Realise that your attention will be pulled to distractions, and train yourself to be in the moment and get back to Tasks That Matter TTM (winners approach)
